Can I sue Chicago law enforcement for violating civil rights?

Civil rights are related to numerous legal disciplines. The rights created by the government body are known as civil rights. The First Amendment of united stares constitutions proposed the right to speech. This right is thus referred as the civil right.

This right is for the people to protect themselves against discriminations. The discrimination is usually base in the race, sex, religion, national origin and other personal affairs. The law for the prohibition of the discrimination based on race in public race is taken by Federal Civil Rights Act of 1964.

But still many questions arises from the public like can I sue Chicago law enforcement for violation civil rights? The answer is that you can sue but the reason should be acceptable. In most of the case the person who sues won’t be successful. If you are pushed away from a house owner while entering his house you cannot file a case against him.

In that case rights to speech are not applicable. You cannot also prove it as battery. But if have been pushed out of any sectors like shop, industry without any reasons you can sue. You should be able note the difference between it. The failure may be due to reserve a private right which is not applicable.

Who can sue?
The individual must have undergone some injuries during violations in order to sue for his civil rights. The injuries need not to be a physical one it may be loss of property, racial discriminations.
